We use the Shopify payments gateway to process all online orders. This gateway accepts all major credit cards, Paypal, Afterpay & Apple Pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do.
Why isn't my parcel moving on the tracking link?
Some of the delivery carriers update the status of a parcel infrequently, so there is every chance that your parcel is not too far away. If your parcel has not arrived in the estimated time that has been given, please first double check around the perimeter of your house. If the parcel cannot be found please contact us at hello@ofiaskin.com and we will track the item through our system.
What if my order is missing/lost or damaged?

What are Ofia Skin products designed for?
Our products are designed to brighten the skin, all ingredients hand selected to tackle common skin concerns like hyperpigmentation, dehydrated skin and uneven-toned skin. Ofia Skin products create a healthy-looking, luminious complexion.
Where are Ofia Skin products made?
Our Products are made in Sydney, Australia with high quality ingredients sourced locally and from around the world.
What is the pH of SO BRIGHT serum?
So Bright Serum's PH is between 3-5. So Bright Serum is formulated with a PH level as close as possible to the natural pH level of our skin. Research shows the skins average pH is around 4.7. Our skin is an incredibly delicate organ and, just like every other organ, it works best in a certain environment.
Are your products fragrance free?
Our first product So Bright Serum has been formulated without fragrance however you may pick up a slight fragrance which is the addition of one of our star ingredients Niacinamide.
Our soon to be released other products may have a beautiful signature scent depending on the product, our scents are derived from natural botanicals. So, no synthetics or unnatural scents that could cause irritation.
Are your products natural?
Our products are natural in the sense that we use a blend of ingredients found in nature OR nature-identical ingredients that are re-produced in a laboratory.
Are your products Vegan & Cruelty Free?
Yes, they are.
Are your products Pregnancy & Breastfeeding safe?
Yes they are, this was very important to the team at Ofia Skin as our brand was developed and created during our founders first pregnancy.
If in future we develop products that are best to be avoided during pregnancy we will advise clearly on packaging.
SUSTAINABILITY
Is your packaging recyclable?
Our mailers, tissue and product boxes are all chosen for their recyclable nature. We have also sourced environmentally friendly, compostable and water-soluble packing for our mailers.
Are we able to refill our products?
Right from the very start, sustainability has been built into the core of our business. Our impact has been front of mind when selecting suppliers, manufacturers and packaging choices. Long term we are committed to genuinely embracing sustainability. And as we grow, we are looking at more sophisticated systems which does include refill options.
